So handball or not?

I'm not sure. The referee said upper arm, I thought it was more chest than anything, but Hulk's arm definitely moved towards the ball.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

No handball. Shoulder. Should have been a goal.

Second time Hulk hard done by. Should have gotten a penalty in first half too.

Howard Webb (referee) not doing a good job. You can tell the refs are all very worried now about giving Brazil decisions in penalty after all the criticism the Japanese ref got for giving that penalty in the first game against Croatia.

Not officiating games properly anymore. Overly hard on Brazil.

Yeah, I'm not sure about that, either. That's not necessarily a call in the WC knock-out stages. You can see Hulk wanted the penalty instead of just shooting the ball.

Chile have been the much better side since Hulk's disallowed goal. That moment has been a real turning point for Brazil. Brazil need to get their composure back. They are panicked in possession.

I think I'd take Hulk off for Willian now. Get somebody who is capable of helping out in midfield and (hopefully) linking play together better in the final third. Team has become too segmented / disjointed.

A couple on nice plays. Chile must try and keep the ball a little. Brazil in increasing the pressure

Brazil are so difficult to breakdown when they get their defense set.

Looks like Chile keeps going long now because they are not able to break them down when in possession. So looking to let Brazil have ball, press, win possession and counter attack. Feel that is better plan than possession play.
