Buzz around #NBA is #Kings leaders in Kevin Love sweepstakes when/if occur. Don't care about extension. Will trade anything but Cousins.

Wow

And who would they have to offer? Derrick Williams? Isiah Thomas?

The Cs have the far superior offer than the Kings IMHO

Not to mention, the Wolves just traded Williams to the Kings last year.

Wouldn't put it past those knuckleheads to totally forget about that and try to reacquire him, just so Love doesn't go to Boston.

That Flip is really smooth.

There is more risk in trading assets for a player with an expiring contract than there is in trying for him as a FA.

There is also a lot of risk in giving up too many assets for a scorer. Look at NY.

Still, I would find the move entertaining. I would love to see us get Love and then bring back Pierce at a discount.

The loser in that scenario is KG, who ends up alone in Brooklyn.

If I'm Brooklyn and pierce walks I'm calling Detroit about kg for josh smith. Brooklyn might have to throw in some second rounders but they can't have nothing to show for that blockbuster trade last year after one season.
Detroit could dump the remaining three years of smith and buy out kg. Kg waives the No trade clause bc it will let him be a free agent. Smith would compliment Lopez Johnson and Williams with his athleticism.

KG: "Dude.... What is up with yo shorts?!"
