NBA doesn't care bout Celtics..just look what happen with Tim Duncan, kevin Durant, Greg Oden..all they want is Lakers , Chicago,  Knicks, couple other big market teams

If anything the NBA WOULD want us to get the top pick. NBA most historic franchise in a city like Boston

milwaukee and Philly shouldnt get top picks at all.  Maybe milwaukee, but Phillys had enough chances and still done jack.
