Ughh that looked like a classic let LeBron get his but lock everybody else down and take it in the end game but nope. That is it don't think anybody in the east is going to give the Heat a run for their money. If they see the Pacers it will be a repeat of the last time they met.

The Pacers gave the Heat a run for their money last postseason, so I'm not sure your statements go well together.
meh when it mattered game 7 wasn't even close the only teams I think that can truly give the heat problems are out west

I mean, fine.  But 7 games means they weren't a pushover, and one of their losses was by a single point.  The Pacers gave them a tough series.  Not as tough as San Antonio, but tough.

Yeah, let's face it, the Heat won't see much real competition until the NBA Finals. Brooklyn choked last night, and Indiana's 3-1 lead over the Wizards is probably the least inspiring 3-1 lead I've ever seen. I'm sure the Pacers will take that series against DC, but something's going to have to change radically for them to give the Heat a fight like they did last year.

My guess: Whichever team comes out of the West probably would beat the Heat if all things were equal, but they aren't ... the West team will probably have gone through a serious battle in each round, while the Heat will have pretty much coasted and will be well-rested. Heat win the title in 6.

pretty fair assessment.  Heat remind me of the Lakers of the early 80's in that regard.  they coasted through a weak west while the Sixers/Celtics had to go through each other (and a very strong Milwaukee team too).

Doesn't seem fair, but that's life (and the NBA sometimes).

I still think Indiana got a shot at beating Miami. The Pacers gave Miami a rough go of it last year and I think Indiana has an even better (more talented) team this season. Also optimistic that Indy are working through some of their problems and will be ready to play their best playoff basketball when ECFs roll around.

Washington playing with a sense of urgency. Destroying the Pacers in Field House.

Think they'll force a Game 7? If the Heat has to play this kind of Pacers team in the playoffs, it's going to be a sweep for Miami and I ain't even kidding.

Me too. Washington were very desperate today, Wall's jump shot was falling, and Gortat was outstanding.

I fully expect another 7 game MIA vs. Indy series.

I'm not counting the Wizards out of this series yet.  I also think they could give the Heat a challenge if they can get there.

I agree....Pacers decide not to bring their A game every night against Heat they won't last long.

You know Bird has to hate the sorry effort Pacers show every other night....Pacers are close to be eliminated ...not sure they have the mental metal

I really like Durant and Westbrook, but i really dont enjoy watching the thunder.

There is no ball movement, flow or sense of a team attack on offense. Boring and predictable. They win because they have 2 amazing players and then some decent defense.

I want the Clippers to win. Clips vs Spurs will be nice to watch.

I can't stand how much I can't stand Russell Westbrook.  There's just nothing about him as a basketball player that I like.  Granted, he's unstoppable right now, but watching his game gives me slight twinges of nausea.

I'm not even sure why I put up with it.
