Rookies who played four years of college ball generally suck. Rookies who played one year, two years, or three years of college ball generally suck as well.
Sometimes they don't though, like last year's Rookie of the Year, who played pretty well in his first NBA season after four years at Weber State.
Of course, often times, players who "sucked' during their rookie year end up being much better in their second, third, or fourth year of pro ball.
