If we can move this quick enough so that our 140 pick can be made at 1100, that would be awesome :D

PJ you are up, even if your time isn't up until 11:10.

Yes sir. Gauging quick interest in the pick. Send an offer my way.

With the Second Pick in the Fifth Round of the CB Draft. The New York Knicks select:

Monta Ellis

Monta Ellis will then be shipped out to the MidWest, pending confirmation of trade by League Officials.

Thank you. Have a nice day.

I was wondering when the notorious Ellis would get picked.

Ha.  I was just starting to mentally write up how poor a fit Ellis is next to Rondo. Every year, I say "I have yet to see a team that Monta would be a good fit on"...  and I think that's still true.

The one team I can see Monta making sense for is Minnesota.  Hopefully he's headed there.

I wonder when will Monta get some love in the boards. It seems like every who ever drafts him/acquires him has a big uphill climb in defending the pick.

I've been there too.

Orlando Kobes select Amar'e Stoudemire.  Fire away.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.

Solid for a 5th round pick. I had him on my list, but be prepared to read up on his injury history quite a bit.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I was expecting him last round with Bogut, Varejao, Bynum, and Gordon. All possible 2nd round or higher talents with injury problems dropping them down.

Just like Granger and the ones listed, if healthy, its a great pick.

High risk high reward player
If he is healthy very good value pick
