As others have said, that's a Big (capital B) jump to be making right now.
Also, Spolestra's not a bad coach. He redesigned the offense around his best player, and proved that his version of small-ball would win a championship. He successfully convinced LeBron to start at the four (which will always be a struggle when you've got a marquee player and you're asking him to readjust his game, the same thing happened with Woodson and 'Melo, and hasn't happened with, say, Durant), and kept everything going along in the Miami locker room between Wade, James, Bosh and the roleplayers.
That's a whole heck of a lot harder than it looks to us, who really only see the game, but personality management, overall philosophy, and justifying smart substitutions to a team made up of guys who were all, at one point in time, the alpha dog on the court, are is a huge part of what makes a good coach good.
