I think George Karl would be the perfect coach. Especially with his fast break schemes, and offensive plays now that most of our players can attack through fast breaks.

The only problem is Karl has a very weak defensive system.

George karl is a great coach too.

I voted Lionel Hollins, loved what he did with the Grizzlies. Larry Bird would be pretty cool though man.

Larry Legend coaching the Cs would be very nice. He built the Pacers team from the ground up and I hope if he accepts the coaching position here replicate it.
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

I voted for JSloan.  He might be too old but the point is that I want a no-nonse coach with a system.  No more player's coach.  LHollins is also an interesting candidate.  I like his demeanor.  There is an Aura of acertiveness to him.

Hire Larry Bird as GM or part owner,   hire Hollins to coach.

If Doc leaves then i believe all his assistants are going to go as well. They're contracts are up after this month. I was reading that somewhere so I doubt it would be one of his assistants. Would like Karl,SVG, or brian shaw.

Had this idea just a few days ago.

You weren't part of it.
