I can't decide that until I know what kind of team we are going to have.

Could need ML Carr again lol.

Hopefully not the case. If it's a young team, maybe a college coach?

I would love to see Larry back on the sidelines, I'm just a bit uneasy about why he really left coaching nafter only three years.

He did a great job when he coached, and could have easily continued on, but there was something unspoken about why he left, and I get the feeling that he just didn't like it that much.

Maybe being associated with his second home would bring extra incentive and joy to the job, (make the difference), but I dunno ... he has such a brilliant basketball mind and no-bull approach that I love.

But as I said, seeing him on the sidelines for Boston again ... wow, dream-come-true.

Wouldn't mind Jackson, either, he's got everything that makes for great coaching in huge amounts, plus the "it" factor for intangibles ... he'd be huge money, though, and I'm not sure we've got the star power he'd want to take a chance on, (tho I think he'd enjoy molding Rondo).

Don't care for Hollins, personally ... a bit surprised at all the votes in his direction. Brian Shaw has a great b-ball IQ as well, but he's a bit of an unproven at the head position for an extended rebuilding bid ... I'd be reluctant there.

I'd be happy with Karl or Sloan as well.

Idk now. I think it would be cool to reach into the college ranks and see if there is an NBA ready coach. Do you guys think we have a coach by the draft or no?

I voted Del Negro.  He seems like he'd be the best at helping us tank.  Realistically I think we should hire some assistant none of us have ever heard of.  Some young pup who doesn't mind playing the players Danny wants to showcase and doesn't mind throwing games late for lotto balls.

Who will be the Sacrificial Lamb? Anyone would do till we get out of the Bermuda Triangle we're headed for. Doc Hannibal left a wake the size of the Titanic. 1 blown Title and several key starters left limping. Besides that how many undeveloped bench players?

D. Collins might be a good choice.

As he's leading the poll by a wide margin, can someone explain to me the Larry Bird thing?

Like, is this strictly a pipe dream, or is there any substance to the idea?
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Nate McMillan finalizing deal to become assistant coach of the Indiana Pacers. Another candidate gone.

At this point, I'm really pulling for Hollins or Brown.

It is going to be some hack like Del Negro...or some no name assistant coach. All the good names are coming off the board
