Based on past NBA history, I have to say Sacramento. Stern and Co strike again to compensate the new owners.

Stern gives it to Orlando for losing Dwight.

Cleveland lost James and got Irving.

New Orleans lost Paul and got Davis.

Orlando lost Howard and gets...

I hate that I can't watch the lottery without a voice in my head telling me conspiracy theories

Apparently, back then if you wanted a Popeye jersey you had to make it by hand.

And why do they keep the actual lottery drawing in private again?

They just said the Ernst and Young guy is the only guy in the building that knows who won? What? Heather Cox just said there are 4 members of the national media, reps from every team, NBA officials, etc in the room where they do the drawing? WTheck? Is there only one guy or not?

I guarantee you Stern is going to have Heather Cox eliminated. She just said "So if for some reason the Pelicans get the first pick again...blah blah".  What do you mean if for some reason? I didn't think there were reasons you could get the pick. There's only one reason, right?

And Charlotte gets screwed again.  Can anyone explain why Washington got a guaranteed top 3?

And why do they keep the actual lottery drawing in private again?

Because it would make for boring TV.  How would you feel if the first four number combinations draw are Charlotte, so you have to redraw multiple times to figure out who gets the next pick.  Also, they draw first for which teams get the overall #1, but to increase the drama, that is the pick you want to announce last.
