How the heck does OKC have the 12th pick? Is it from the Harden trade? With Lamb, PJ3, and the 12th pick they certainly have some assets to package.

Yeah, they might get someone half as good as Harden!

well, they did get Kevin Martin in the deal too. He's at least half as good as Harden.

Watch saric be the next dirk lol. Presti might not be great at trading but he's one of the best at drafting.

I also think he will make a run at cousins with some if these assets.

Noel
Burke
Porter
Mclemore

considering charlotte dropped to 4th i reckon they will get a decent pick to match with Kemba and MKG. Strongly believe that Magic will want Trey Burke over McLemore and Wizards have no need for another guard so they will take Porter with the 3rd

Sheridan's mock has them going with Oladipo at 4. MKG and Oladipo defending on the wing would be fun to watch. Building teams around high energy, high effort athletic wings is not a terrible way to go.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Conventional thinking?

Seems like Orlando could move down from #2 and still get Burke. Maybe swap with Charlotte?

I guess you're right, I just dont see Orlando taking McLemore though. Afflalo played well for them last year and i think think are looking to try and get something to replace Nelson. Burke just seems like he has the type of head on his shoulders that can handle being in a rebuild phase being the #1-2 option on that team along with Vucevic.

If thats the way it goes can guarentee Wizards wont draft Mclemore as they have Wall and Beal. A healthy line up of Wall, Beal, Porter/Ariza, Nene, Okafor isnt actually that bad.

That brings me to charlotte. They need scoring, they need that guy to help Kemba out. Its not Henderson. McLemore can be a spot up shooter and actually give some hope for that franchise. MKG will continue to develop and hopefully have guys like Kemba Mclemore Mullens can help clear some space out of the paint for him to drive, because his jump shot is horrendous.

Just dont see the point of moving up when i believe you can get the same guy at 4 for doing nothing

No, I agree about Orlando wanting Burke, but at #2, that seems high to me. They could offer that pick to a team in the #4-#6 range who wants McLemore. Phoenix at #5? That could force Charlotte's hand to trump Phoenix's bid.

I do like the poll, though. Very inventive.

If you look at it in a certain light, you could say that the draft is rigged regardless of who ends up with the number one pick--since you can retroactively connect the dots and find any number of coincidences you wish.

For example, it's easy to say that Stern/League Office wants a strong Cavs team to entice LBJ to return, but if LeBron does come back to Cleveland, I'll boil a Heat ball cap and eat it.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Happy to see Charlotte drop out of the top 3.
Reason?
I like bad teams being punished for making bad decisions.

The NBA gives too many opportunities to bad teams to get better. Not enough to other teams who try harder to win games.
