Even more reason to go for the 8 seed. Lets play Miami and settle this one way or the other

Yeah, it was speculated and rumored already. I'm not so surprised, but oh well. We'll have to deal with it.

I'm calling this as his last run. We'll see vintage KG a few more times in the Playoffs :) GO CELTICS!

  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
I need to give Lightskinsmurf a TP, because I'm pretty sure he called this a couple days ago.

what?

I called this when KG made that statement "yall don't know what I know" and every acted like I was the fool lol

I'm sure he said something as well though lol

Here's one for you anyway!

Wait, why am I congratulating people for predicting an injury?

You called it in a thread in which an interview in which Doc says "its a bone spur" was discussed?

If this is true, it's gonna be tough just getting out of the first round...

Doc or danny also said it was his ankle or whatever. They were sending mixed reports so I personally didn't know what to believe at first and I know most here didn't either. Besides, I called it before reading that article.

This sounds like 2009to me and it sucks. Just one man's opinion.

Yup, like I said the other day I don't trust docs word AT ALL. He said the same thing about ray allen last year. "Oh its nothing serious, just needs a little rest blah blah blah."

KG will come back and look fine for a game or two and then it will swell up again and he will be forced to either sit out or play hobbled. Either way our chances of upsetting miami just went from slim to none..

"Honestly, he's fine," Rivers added to ESPN Boston's Jackie MacMullan. "It's a bone something, a bone spur that just needs to relax and calm down. I think that's what it is. It's his ankle. If we were in the playoffs tonight, Kevin would absolutely be playing."
