I like the Hawks but Rondo would be a big matchup nightmare for this aged ones.

I'm seeing Pacers, 6 games the most.

What happens when he shoves a referee this series, does Indiana have the ability to bail him out?  I don't think so

What happens when Kobe, Duncan, Hill and Kidd all break down because of age?

Won't happen they got plenty of rest throughout the season significantly down from their average minutes played.  Though Rondo was suspended twice last season for incidents with officials.  And he still can't shoot

And they have to play more games this season.  They are all a year older.  And you are already asking Duncan to play more minutes per game in the playoffs then he did last season.

I have more faith in Rondo not making that mistake again then the miracle of all those guys being healthy.

Like i said before, your comments on duncan are misleading.  The Spurs won their first 8 games, many by a good margin.  Duncan didnt have to play.  When the games were competitive Pop had him playing more minutes than I am asking him to play.

Miracle for all these guys to be healthy?  Hyperbole much?

Kobe hasnt missed more than 10 games since 2005

Duncan hasnt missed more than 10 games since 2005

West Hasnt missed more than 10 games since 2007

Hill played 49 games this year would have played more if the suns had been competitive, he played at least 80 games each of the previous 3 seasons

Kidd played 48 games this season and before that played 7 straight 80 game seasons.

With the exception of Hill's injury plagued past this group of professionals has been remarkably healthy and has a great track record of being durable

I dont think Kobe will score more than 30 points in this series or if he does he will have to take 30 shots reasons being that the Pacers have great defensive players:

Rondo
Bradley
Pietrus
Bell

I have yet to hear an argument about how Indy will stop kobe, Duncan and west?

How the pacers will operate in the half court when we force the tempo down and dictate our style of play.

Or how spacing won't be a problem for a very poor shooting team with a backcourt that combined made 33 3pt last year.

I broke down how i would be resting my players in my presser, I believe thats why i ended up with the third seed.  My players all played significantly less minutes and I gave duncan several nights off throughout the season.

I listed 5 plus defenders to put on Kobe.  (Bradley, Batum, Pietrus, Bell and Hinrich)

I have multiple big bodies to throw at Duncan (Monroe, Brown, Kanter, Seraphin)

West and Scola is a wash except I have a backup PF that is also a weapon, allowing me to keep Scola more fresh while West has to play more minutes.

Does anyone see any player that can keep Rondo from controlling the pace?  Is Hill or Kidd going to slow him down?

And Bradley shot over 40% from down town during the season.

Your team just doesn't have the depth to do what the Spurs did this past season and still be the third seed.  Too many teams that are too good.

You can say you planned to do it, but I don't see how you could.

And Bradley shot over 40% from down town during the season.

If you take out one game Avery Bradley shot 35% from downtown.  When we saw him against top competition in the playoffs he shot 22%.  There is no way you can argue that Bradley is a average NBA 3 point shooter, he is pretty far below average for his position.

George Hill, Kobe and Mbah Moute will handle Rondo like i said, history has shown that if you play off of him and make him a jupm shooter he becomes much less effective.  Thats what we will do.  Rondo statistically became worse as a jump shooter this year, he just can't do it on a consistent basis.  As a Celtics fan I wish he could but we both know he cant.

Bradley Bell and Heinrich are all either too old or to small to do anything other than get owned by Kobe.  Pietrus or Batum is probably your best chance but I still see Kobe dropping 25-30 in every game this series.

And West Scola is not a wash, historically West has made scola look like any player from womens college basketball trying to defend brittany griner.  It has simply been no contest.  At the end of last season West showed that he was back on track and had a very impressive playoffs Knee injuries like that take a year or so to come back from like we saw with KG.  The Pacers have no answer for West.

And you can throw bodies at Duncan thats fine, he will still out score, out rebound and shoot a better percentage than them, just like he has done with Greg monroe in their previous matchups

Rondo and Monroe seem like a great combo and Duncan is too slow to stay with Monroe

We expect Bradley to improve.  And he is here for defense.

Please make this be a typical Kobe "all about me and my scoring".

We have seen how well that works out for his team in the playoffs vs. when he is trying to play with the team.

And keep dreaming that junk defenses are going to stop Rondo anymore.  17 and 11 last year in the playoffs, killing teams.  If that junk defense still worked, why did he go off so big?

I made it very clear in my presser that Iwas reducing minutes and giving duncan nights off throughout the season.  So I did and people still voted me 3rd.  Not my fault that you disagree with that right?
