What Celtics boards did you first start posting at years ago?

Realgm is fun to read for general stuff though.

Thats me too. finally signed up here in 08 long time reader though. Don't post on other sites except here. Like to read Celticslife,Celticstown,redsarmy,and realgm.

Anybody remember the Mean Green Forum?  The webmaster was a guy named Allessandro.  He used to post on here too for a couple years after he shut down that site.

The logo was pretty awesome - It was a closeup of the Incredible Hulk's face, with a ginger Leprechaun beard and that bowler hat that Lucky wears.  Very cool posters there, back in the day.

This is the only blog I've ever taken part in (I guess Facebook counts now though too).

I found CB during a desperate search to find instant confirmation that Gary Payton had indeed been bought out by the Hawks in the aftermath of Toine's return deal.  During my screen refresh per second frenzy I nearly keeled over with anticipation of the Celtics having their cake and eating it too en route to a certain title!

posting on RealGM and CB at the same time. Still visit both sites daily for any smidgen of Celtic information.

I've been doing the forum thing for almost ten years now. But this is my first and only Celtics board that I post on. Seems like other NBA teams just rely on blog posts in place of forums, which is very sad.

old globe chat room many years ago ... the late great and my dear friend C-Bill, my amigo Reyquila, great guy evol,  funny man ugghy, chizz, rickyfan3.0, Scottie, oldfan (he was mean as hell LOL) and some guy named Ranter, aqualung, birdwatcher, and many others I forget....very very fun back then....just a hilarious chat room ...then one day Ranter told me he was starting a new place called Celticsblog....the old globe chat room got shut down because of potty mouths (LOL)

Celticsblog needed a chat room so we bought some software and the rest is history. The old Globe chat has great memories for me.   

I started out as "Poker Boy" but C-Bill gave the name Master Po...I wear this moniker with pride of C-Bill memories

I also came from the Boston.com chat rooms & yes, I too was excited for the Ricky trade back then. Chat was fun. Big up to the posters that came from there. I remember someone sharing a link to a post on cb making fun of Robert Swift when Danny was interested, after reading it I was hooked to the blog

We didn't win the lottery that year and I turned to CB after they were linked from BostonSportsMedia.com to find answers to what the heck the Celtics were going to do now with the #5 pick.

My story is similar, first found this place during the lead up to the draft lottery and the aftermath with the trade rumors and reports. Lurked for quite some time and then registered and starting posting.

Started on Boston.com like many others here. It is fun to hear some of the old names. I started on Celticsblog just after discovering Boston.com (Pierce and ‘toine days) and did both for a while. Been a full time Celticsbloger after Boston.com was shut down and have been loyal ever since. Sure, I lurk over at RealGM once in a while to get general NBA news headlines (or perspective on other teams from their fan base), but this is my home.
