For players expected to be drafted in the 15-22 range

1)Meyers Leonard- He is going to be a Marcin Gortat type 15/10 big

2) Royce White - I think he is going to be really good, warning signs be [dang]e. He needs to go to a team with great leaders and would fit in perfectly in green. He could  easily run the 2nd unit offense. He put up 13/9/5 in his 1 season at Iowa and more than held his own against Anthony Davis and Terrence Jones in 2 games this season

3) Andrew Nicholson- Not super athletic, but has very good length, great footwork and can score inside and outside . He would fit in perfectly next to KG and give us a legit low post offensive threat who can also spread the floor hitting shots from anywhere .

4)Moe Harkless - Super athletic, he kind of reminds me of Josh Smith, but I think is real position will be SF in the NBA . I think he's still raw , but would make a good running mate for Rondo and can defend and rebound

5)Quincy Miller or Jeff Taylor -

Miller seems to have a pretty good offensive skill set , but is very skinny and coming back from knee surgery 1 year ago. If he full recovers and gets his athleticism back he could be a huge steal.

Jeff Taylor is a very good defender at the SF spot, can also run the floor with Rondo

Moultrie
Melo
Nicholson
White
Jeff Taylor

In almost any combination EXCEPT: Melo and White together.

Both have huge upsides with big bust potential also.

It's very tough to tell with the rankings moving and it is impossible to say who will be around that area. Chad Ford had Dion Waiter and Terrence Jones wayyyy up there and NBADraft.net had them at 18 and 20. I will base it on who NBADraf has around us so here goes nothing.

1.) Jeffrey Taylor
2.) Terrence Jones
3.) Moe Harkless
4.) Tony Wroten
5a.) Doron Lamb
5b.) Fab Melo

I think Doron Lamb is very interesting, I have not heard one bad thing about him besides "he's not an elite athlete" which isn't that big a deal to me.

Some mocks have him sliding into the early 2nd. Depending on who slides into the early 2nd maybe we swap our 22nd with cleveland for their back to back 2nd rounders??

Gonna answer this a little differently...looking at it from a skills perspective.

The draft picks I want collectively should have or have the ability to QUICKLY develop:

1. Pull up midrange jumper - toughest shot to defend
2. Ability to run the floor - give Rondo options on the break
3. Rebound - let's improve that aspect of this team
4. High BBIQ - process the info and make the quick decision: make your move or move the ball!
5. Good team defender - Keep the recent tradition of defensive excellence alive and well.

If Danny and his staff can find the young men who can best fill this wish list, the next era is off to a sweet start.

If anyone knows the names of the prospects that best fill this wish list...please share.

Pull-up/mid-range jumper- absolutely terrance ross or maybe even doron lamb

Run the floor- Arnett moultrie, meyers leanard, terrance jones

Rebound- same above 2

High BBIQ- probably royce white or j taylor

Good team defender- fab melo or j taylor

obviously you could fit more into those categories but thats my quick opinion
