  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Since most teams are doing it, I might as well.

Any thoughts on this Nuggets squad?

I would start Ewing (the younger version) at PF and Smits at C.

You have the twin towers who can hit shots and play strong team defense, use them.

I would add a quicker G that can hit shots and defend to start.  The combination of Penny and Hill can run the offense.  Penny being able to defend SGs will help your team defense.

Love your front court.   I think a "in his prime" Ray actually meshes well with Deng on the wing.  I think the fit of your team will work.

One guy I really like next round. Could see him going in the next couple picks, could see me getting grief for picking him entirely too early. Think we've hit that point.

BTW, thoughts on my team?:

C: Vlade Divac
PF: Chris Webber
SF: Shawn Marion
SG: Manu Ginobli
PG: Baron Davis

Andre Iguodala, Lamar Odom

I think Iggy would be a better fit at SF than Marion.  That would make the team quicker, and it would make it possibly the best passing starting five in the league so far.  And Marion would be a beast off the bench.

Interesting thought. I don't know if I'd gain that much speed though.

Hammer home the difference from Boston Ray and Prime Ray.

Ray Allen was murderous on the fast break.

Actually, I am thinking Bucks Ray from 00-01.

48% from the field, 43% from down town.  5.2 rebounds.  4.6 assists.

Yeah, I'd go Bucks Ray too.  The year they went to the Conference Finals, he was an absolute stud.

Good morning folks.

Today I'm eating my food in the house, so no birds would snatch my meal.

Don't take my guys.  ;D

Any chance of starting this thing at 11am like yesterday?

Though the thread seems a little more dead today.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

I think he has already set the new start time yesterday.

So unless we hear 7 no's, I think we should start.
