Miami is happy with

Hardaway
Sprewell
Durant
McDyess
Mourning

With a Camby, West combo at the 4/5 off the bench. Only team with 2 DPOY.

I don't know how many teams feature guys that were actually teammates, but I remember Hardaway and Sprewell did not get along in Golden State.

Hardaway and Mourning never did make it to the finals.   ;)

Tim Duncan was the rightful winner the year Camby won too (2007).

It's 3 to 1 in my eyes.

I am planning on scoring about 130 a game.  You guys better bring the defense.

PG - Rose, Westbrook
SG - Pierce
SF - Johnson
PF - Malone, Bosh
C - Bynum

Have some good targets to continue this trend tomorrow.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I didn't add anything up, I mean that my team is geared for the run and gun style.  Going to be all offense all the time.  Non-stop.  That is my plan.

Any concern that Malone is a pick and roller as his offensive bread and butter and Bynum is not a run and gunner but a traditional 5?

I apologize to Rondo, my mistake. One of two teams with 2 DPOY.
I will say right now I do have two DPOY centers to deal with Shaq.

It's a shame A.Bynum doesn't have a healthy season earlier in his career. He was a terrific athlete before all those injuries robbed him of so much of his quickness, agility and explosiveness.

I thought Camby's best seasons where in New York under Jeff Van Gundy.

I thought his defense got sloppy under George Karl. Stopped playing for his team and started playing for his own stat-line instead. I wouldn't pick any of Camby's Denver years. He was a much more fundamentally sound and team orientated defender under JVG.

Thanks Who. Overall what do you think of the Camby/Zo combo at center?

IP, I like the mix of your team between offense (Nash/Brand) and defense (ONeil and Pippen). Good Bigs. My only real criticism is Nash's D and how it affects you in a game with teams like this?

I very much like Finley and Pippen as a wing combo. I also like Nash and Jermaine at the 1-5 so long as it's uptempo and Jermaine gets to attack opposing fives with his quickness instead of a power game. I thought Jermaine was a steal at the stage of the draft you got him in. Terrific value.

I'm not as high on Brand as you are. I would have preferred to have seen something different there at the four with Nash. Some combination of more quickness and activity (defense and rebounding). Or more range on his jumper (say K-Love). Something ... more.

I am also not wild about Big Z in an uptempo offense. I like Ilgauskas' talent but not wild about the fit. Josh Smith is a fine choice as a backup PF.

I almost think you should start j Smooth, but with the size in this league I don't think you could get away with it. That's a shame because that starting line up would be a lot of fun to watch and Brand would truck opposing bigs off the bench.
