11 12 (188) 4:55 PM Magic (Start Orien) Kenyon Martin

Two excellent picks. I am shocked that both lasted this long.
Especially Kenyon Martin who I think will be one of the best backup PFs in the league. Terrific defender, solid defender and solid offensive player. I thought he would have gone in 5th or 6th round. He would have been a very nice guy to round out someone's starting lineup.
Kenyon Martin was one of the main guys I was considering had I not taken Shawn Kemp and again considered strongly when drafting Serge Ibaka.
I strongly considered Martin instead of Barbosa, but don't actually think Martin is well suited in this type of situation. He was never a very strong rebounder, has limited offensive moves, and while he was a good defender, I certainly wouldn't call him elite and he never made an All Defensive team. In addition the years he was at best defensively he was a much more limited offensive player (often below 100 in ORTG). He also was rarely healthy. Just not the type of guy you really want coming off the bench. Probably would have been fine as a starter (in a more shallow league), but not a good bench player. Just my take and why I passed on him for Barbosa, who is definitely suited for a bench role.
I agree with a good deal of what you have said here especially the offense and rebounding. I disagree on the defense, I rate his defense a fair bit higher though. I rate him as an All-League caliber defender.
I thought the year that Kenyon made the All-Star team, he rebounded the ball very well that year. Prior to that season, he was definitely a so-so rebounder. Excellent job boxing people out and helping protect his defensive glass but poor at actually going out and grabbing the ball. That year, he took a big step forward with his game and especially on the glass when he started to grab a larger number of boards.
Kenyon Martin was definitely misplaced as a go-to scorer and I thought a lot of his inefficiency stemmed from that. In this setting, as more of a peripheral figure offensively (and I think he has the mentality to accept that), I think he'll be much more efficient. In large part because his athleticism and motor creates so many high percentage looks for him. Also, he is a sound passer and decision maker (well, when not being asked to force up shots because his team is so weak offensively).
That's not to say Kenyon still won't have some flaws offensively. He does. He is still a limited shot-creator and has a dodgy jump shot. Ideally, you'd want to keep him alongside a skilled center who can counter-balance those issues. Orlando have Divac and Webber as their centers so I think they can do that well. Not so much when they use Ratliff (another reason to drop him from the rotation).
