im not worried or impressed wit the hawks we dont need homecourt advantage to beat those clown is 5 or 6 games

They know they don't have to waste energy against these Celtics, so, they're just taking it easy. You have to take this fact into consideration.
hell naw lol did u hear Josh Smiths quotes before this game? "this game betta not be close wit half of their team out" they wanna "send a message" the hawks are inconsistent nd wack as hell we dont need homecourt against em at full strength we can win a game or 2 in Atlanta

This Celtics squad out there is atrocious.

More like our bench is so deep, their starters are clawing for a win. Love that team play is trumping talent.

I didn't think I would say this but Baby might be better in this situation. He's been beasting as a starting center in Orlando as a primary option.

Hopefully 29 GM's get the world on how Brandon Bass performances without Rondo.

It's not because Rondo's not in the game. Bass feels like he needs to be the number 2 scoring option right now because of the guys surrounding him. Bass is a fantastic role player... Danny won't be paying him to be a number 2 scoring option.

Really hoped Etwaun would show something tonight but not so far.  Pretty much invisible in his minutes tonight.

Avery Bradley is AMAZING WOW  He stole the ball while tying his shoes lol

Why are we sitting Greg Stiemsma, but not Bass?

Probably because Doc believes in him, he's been good all season.

Bass needs to sit, not because he sucks tonight, but because he can't get hurt or we are screwed.

Honestly, we are more screwed this game when he is on the court, but it's useful to preserve him for the playoffs.
When you lose, the easy part is to see who gives up. Giving up is very simple. You basically take your stuff and walk away. To continue to work and to continue to compete is one of the most difficult things, especially when you really don't have anything - KG

Atlanta should be embarrassed right now.

Nope. This is the Hawks going 100% with what they got.

Really? I feel for them, if that's the case. Their body language is very poor.

What else would you expect from a team that is basically led by Josh Smith?

I cannot object to this. You're right. JJ should have never stepped back so much.

Can Doc call Paul and KG to come play the 4th quarter?   The Celtics could take this game and get a leg up for home court

The absence of Rondo and Pierce really hurts Bass.  Takes away most of his catch and shoots.

I think Moore can develop into a nice role player. No fear at all, hits big shots. Bradley, mercy, this is ridiculous

I think we might win this game.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Poor, poor Hawks. They should be ashamed.
