Bass is our best offensive rebounder. I would rather move Wilcox, JO, and Johnson before Bass if we are trying to make a move that can help us win now. Otherwise I would keep Johnson. Still Bass, Beasley, and Pietrus would be a nice trio off the bench.
On March 1st guys like Quise and Pavolovic can be moved to help make some deals.
I was thinking about this one...
Three team deal between Minnesota, Lakers, and Celtics.
Lakers get Rondo, Oneal, and Moore
Celtics get Gasol, Beasley, *Ridnour
Wolves get Wilcox, Dooling, Stiemsma/Quise, and Pavlovic plus a pick.
*Ridnour has a three year deal and is the third pg behind Barea and Rubio. So they shed cap and get a pick.
I would like to keep Stiemsma over Quise but if we need a ball handler and an extra defender against Miami then Quise might be the guy to keep.
Boston would have to sign some guys who were bought out but basically you're looking at a similar situation to last year as far chemistry being a concerned. However I think Ridnour and Gasol would fit in fine in the starting lineup because of their Bball IQs.
