  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.

You really don't think a team with Westbrook and only one player under a 16.42 player efficency rating and a .117 win shares/per 48 minutes (Dorell Wright's PER is 15.67 and WS/48 is .115, both still better than average), with two picks in the next round is playoff-worthy?
Sorry, no I don't and the guess here is that a lot of other GM's probably wouldn't either.

*sad balloon deflation noise*

haha. Well played.

so today is the day we drop the humility and start taking shots? Fine, I have the best defense in the league.

Yo mamma.
pacers are the team the Knicks wouldn't wanna see in the playoffs. Win in six *mic drop*
I fixed that for you and really believe it.

Tyson Chandler ain't the worst guy to pit against ol' Dwight.

Derrick Williams might be one of the worst to pit against ol' Paul.
Hmm. Just a few months ago you were deeply of the opinion that Derrick Williams could guard LeBron. Now he can't guard Millsap?? ;) :D

Honestly tho, best defense in the league

Honestly though, I like ATL and LA more. Even with LA starting Barbosa.

Bah.

That 'few months ago' was...like a good while ago, and in spot minutes, with Delfino carrying most of the load. And 'guarding' LeBron with anyone but Shawn Marion apparently is like 'guarding' winter by salting your sidewalk.

I still have hopes for Derrick Williams to be a full-time 3, but they've been dampered considerably by A) him not being on my 'pick 2' team, and B) him actually playing. Much better suited as a 4. Against LeBron though, I think he'd be interesting. Guy is stronger than Bron.

Howard led those Magic teams to 4 straight 50+ win seasons with a way worse supporting cast.

Eh, but Nash has done pretty darn well for himself when he had a legit #2 in Amar'e, and Wade is better than Amar'e.

I can accept that.

FWIW, I think the regular season record would be close.

Me too. I'm thinking two ~60 win teams in a 82 game season.

When's the wedding?!

Guess who has Shawn Marion!!!  Unfortunately I'm playing him at the 4 right now...

Portland - this team is almost an exact duplicate of the real Portland team and for that reason lands here below the difference making superstar teams in the west

"Almost exact duplicate?" Care to clarify?

Brand 32, 10.2 ppg on 46% shooting, 6.7 rpg
Camby, 36, 3.8 ppg on 39% shooting, 9.6 rpg

Both are underrated defenders, with similar steal and block rates, but otherwise I don't see it.

Williams 25, 16.0 ppg on 42% shooting, 38% 3PT%, 3,8 apg, 1 TO
Felton 27, 9.9 ppg on 36% shooting, 21% 3PT%, 6.3 apg, 2.9 TO

Kurt Thomas and Amir Johnson?
