The New Orleans Hornets select Brandon Rush.

Excellent defensive wing who is hitting the three at a higher rate than anybody this year.  One of those things will remain true.  The other won't, although it should still stay above average.

I'll take the gamble that the other guy I want is still here on Monday morning.

Just opened and edited my sheet. Man, not a lot of talent left at the 3, huh?

You got two guys that can play the 3.  Just look heavy at the 2.

Maybe even 4. Williams plays there, and Smith played half of his minutes there last season with Afflalo at the 2.

George Hill pick was fantastic, I hate when people take him to start him, but he's a knockout as a combo-guard.

Thank you, thank you very much.  In an ideal world, we'll have an 8 or 9 man playoff rotation, so Hill helps us out a ton in that regard.

Was convinced that dude would never cut it. He's turned himself into a very useful player.

I think I owe someone a bunch of TP's b/c I bet he'd be out of the league by now.

I like Rush a lot.  His defense has fallen off in Golden State (as anybody's would), but he's killing it both from three and overall.

Was apparently a better pick than I thought he'd be, because I got two trade proposals for him right off the bat.

I was very close to taking him with my last pick. I think Excellent D might be a little bit of an exageration though.

Roy's right - at Golden State, it's been a bit of an overstatement.  It was certainly true when he was at Indiana, though.

Like the Humphries, Bynum combo. Rebounds againts this team would be hard to get.

I've thought his defensive play for the Warriors has been very good. First year that he's impressed me, overall.

Good pick.
