I was also looking at Jackson instead of Dunleavy, I agree that if he can get out of the scot skiles system he can do well.  My only question is will he do well in the boston system

I think Doc would kill to have a guy with Jackson's skill set coming off of our bench.  I wouldn't have any concerns about him fitting in here.

I more meant from a fit perspective not just skillset.  Im not sure exactly was has happened with Skiles, but Jackson literally isnt speaking with his coach.  That kind of stuff has to be a concern in a system that is based on personal sacrifices for the betterment of the team.

Also, Jackson is playing like hot garbage, and wants a 3 yr contract extension, and is like what...34?

He wants to get paid like its 2006, but he's not playing like that, and he's blaming his play on his not getting paid, and his not getting paid is probably related to his play..

Anyways, I got tired of building teams that play good defense, move the ball on offense and are pretty good in the locker-room.

I wanted to try the Isiah Thomas approach.

0% of the time, it works every time.

Courtney Lee on the block

Tay Prince on the block for selected players only.

Millsap on the block, but he's gonna cost ya.

Kyle Lowry saw the block, and held it scoreless in 34 minutes of play.

Dwight Howard heard the block coming, then blocked it.

Is it me, or does this team look really good, but not all that interesting? Like a properly grilled chuck steak, seasoned only with salt and pepper. The reality is that there really isn't all that much better out there in God's green Earth you could eat, but at the same time, its no KFC Double-Down. It lacks in style points, and relies on an intrinsic quality not easily replicated.

Question: Does Wade's need for the ball negate Nash's ability to create and be the floor general he is so great at being?

Because if wade has the ball 50% of the time, like he does with Lebron, that relegates Nash to three point shooting to space the floor and defense. One of those things he can do, the other he can't.

That's why the Wade/Lebron kinda works. Because as they share the basketball and one or the other take control, the other can still J and get back and play defense like mad.
Absolutely -- there is definitely a level of diminishing returns from Nash and Wade.

There is only one basketball and both need a large amount of time on the ball to fully utilize their talents. They won't be able to get that.

Granger has to be fed too. Not time on the ball (he is a 1-2 dribble player) but shot attempts. Between Nash and Granger, I don't see Wade's role being any larger offensively than it was last year with LeBron. And Nash will have to accept a smaller role than he has had in Phoenix in order to make it work.

And what's great about Wade and Nash is that they're both the type of personalities to make those sacrifices to win.

Just catching up after I spent most of last night pacing back and forth after playing hoop with the least spacially aware player I've ever played with in 28 years.

Often people in these drafts use KC's statement above as a throwaway comment that I don't neccessarily believe, but I'm in 100% agreement with KC. Steve Nash & Dwyane Wade would make it work, no doubt about it. That's a great 1-2 punch.

Granger, I'd be more concerned with. Ideally, he's Joe Johnson during the Suns era but I'm not sure if it's in his DNA to play third fiddle.

Properly grilled, boring chuck steak, meet your competition:

Kyrie Irving
Landry Fields
Luol Deng
Kris Humphries / Brandon Bass
Andrew Bynum

Pet peeve of mine appeared in the last couple pages:

If you post your team for judgement, PLEASE comment about at least one other persons.

EDIT: To be clear, no talking about anyone on this particular page.
