The New Houston Rockets

PG: Jose Calderon
SG: Mike Dunleavy (Quieltly have a pretty good year)
SF: Carmelo
PF: Kenyton Martin
C:  Big Al Jefferson

PF/C Ed Davis

Offensively, can be good,

Defense is still a dirty word.

Agree on the second part, but comon, Could be good?  Im not sure there is a conceivable way this team doesnt score alot of points

If the ball is shared, good.

If the ball is being stopped by a single player all the time, bad.

You know Carmelo did an interview the other day and he really resents the notion that he is a selfish player.

At the end of the interview they asked him which player on the Knicks takes the final shot of a tie game, he said, "Me, definitely Me"

Oh, I heard it.

When I see it, I will completely believe it.

But if he does it, so will Jefferson.

Starter or first off the bench? I agree with the value here, but I don't like him next to Pierce.

First off the bench, hes just absolutly tired of milwakee and need other frontiers but hes still a capital player and benching pierce the Bronnies of the world will have a nightmare matchup every other night

First off the bench

I like it then. I'm a believer in Captain Jack. I think in the right setting he'll be ready to make the best of his abilities.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Jackson is a great pick. Flexible player who plays his best when surrounded by veteran winners. In the right place he can get back to scoring 16 ppg while providing a steady presence on the court.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I was also looking at Jackson instead of Dunleavy, I agree that if he can get out of the scot skiles system he can do well.  My only question is will he do well in the boston system

Yeah, Jackson is a potential steal in the late 4th round.

Edgar has done well for himself, finding great value with his last two picks.

I think age is finally catching up with him.  (like one of our favorite writers)

I think Doc would kill to have a guy with Jackson's skill set coming off of our bench.  I wouldn't have any concerns about him fitting in here.

I don't think you can write this off as a possibility, he's certainly at that age. But at the same time, he's had down years and returned to form in the past. I'm thinking/hoping he's not done.
