Rondo (Rockets) selects Jose Calderon.
I like Jose Calderon with Melo. Good pairing.

Who else is in Houston?
Al Jefferson -- I don't like Big Al there. Not with Melo.

Really?  I think the pick and roll game with those three mixed with Melo's abilities one on one and Big Al's post moves which are probably top 2 in the NBA make them a very complementary trio on the offensive end.  I normally  am not a huge Calderon fan but though he was the perfect fit with these two.
Too much onus on scoring and not enough on non-scoring contributions = not enough focus on winning orientated plays

^^ The reason I don't like Melo and Big Al together. Tough to build a winning team when you are getting so little positive leadership from your best players.

I disagree, I think they will work very well together, Carmelo hasnt missed the playoffs in his career and Big Al has never played with a scorer the caliber of Carmelo.  Carmelo with a premier post presence along side of him will be a nightmare for any team in the league.
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Hawks up again?

Hawks are sitting like their name is Lucky17 or something.

Still my fault.

Quelle surprise!

My sarcasm was so thick it had to morph to french.

He's not as interested in my 13th round pick as I'd thought he'd be.

The Atlanta Hawks select Elton Brand as part of an agreed to trade.

I might get killed for this trade but I think I can still draft the requisite scoring, later on.

The Knicks are worried they're really screwing this up, but Tiago Splitter.

Backup for Dwight or are you planning on using them on the floor together?

No, I like him. He's definetly adjusted to the NBA game. In fact, if I'd known you were going to go that way. I would've had Evantime take him. (Just cause.)

I really don't know. All the 4's I looked at I just couldn't justify the pick. Most of them too young or not good enough.

I know I can play them together, but I picked the player I thought the best choice regardless. Denver actually served as a lot of inspiration here.
