Alright. I don't think its fair for me to pick for him. I also don't think its fair for us to wait until tomorrow morning to skip him. So here is the final ruling, with the acknowledgement that I made a mistake with the initial rules:
I'm going to the gym (not the announcement).
After that I'm going to eat. After that, whether or not OttawaCeltic has logged on, I'm going to pick for me, and I'm going to pick from switch's list. After that, nick can pick, then TWW...etc.
Anytime after I pick (or anytime before it) Ottawa can make his selection of the remaining teams.
That's the ruling for right now. I made a mistake, I thought 24 hours was a long time between check-ins, knowing you run a team here, and I didn't think it would happen. Clearly, I was mistaken, and I acknowledge that.

EXAMPLE 2: PICK BEFORE YOURS WAS MADE 'OFF THE CLOCK' AT 9:45PM EST.
-YOU HAVE UNTIL 12:59:59PM EST THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE YOUR PICK. BUT, YOU SHOULD MAKE IT FASTER THAN THAT IF YOU CAN, ONLY A JERK MAKES YOU WAIT.
