I don't think they'll trade Cousins. Sounds like a resolvable situation.

  • Rondo = Good
Going to be real tough to trade for him as he is still on his rookie deal

no necessarily . . . the Kings have plenty of cap space so they can take back bigger contracts.

They kind of painted themselves into a corner.  Either they keep him, or trade him for 20 cents on the dollar.  So, I agree.

This Kings team has to be the worst run franchise in the league though.  This comes across as a coach trying to make a power-play, but all it does is hurt the franchise.

Oh yeah, and the Kings traded for a shot-happy big man in the off-season, too.

If you're DeMarcus Cousins and you look at your teammates -- Evans, Jimmer, Thornton, Salmons, Hickson -- do you say to yourself, "Yeah, this team is trying to make the most of my talents."  Of course not.

Hard to blame Cousins for being frustrated in that situation, particularly if he doesn't get along with the coach (and it sounds like he really doesn't).

That said, I also don't like players demanding trades, especially not publicly.

Agreed, never really liked the coach either..
This organization should fire every single on, and start on a fresh.

Yeah what team representative, nevermind the head coach would admit that a player demanded a trade?

Both Cousins and the Kings are looking pretty dopey right now. I would expect this thing to move pretty quickly much like the Odom fiasco.

Trade Cousins for Blatche.  Knucklehead for knucklehead, and John Wall gets to play with his buddy.

Cousins is a huge talent, he just needs some handling by some respected coachs and older no BS players

Exactly my thoughts. A core of Wall, Cousins, and Harrison Barnes, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, or someone else from this year's draft has ridiculous potential.

Antoine Wright didnt like this Organization either..

I am convinced the Hayes fiasco involved them trying to use the failed physical to negotiate a better deal, and then Hayes agent called their bluff, and said they would take less money elsewhere, unless they gave them more money to make up for doing such an underhanded thing.

I have absolutely no evidence of it, but no one can convince me that is not what happened.

This organization is the most poorly run in the league.

I hate that organization. I feel bad for Jimmer.

how about

Bos sends:Brandon Bass, JJJ,clippers pick and/or c's pick

Sac sends: Cousins

Would love to get him on the cheap. I think Doc could handle this kid. If he is going to respect anyone it would be Doc Rivers as a coach . PP will still be the captain, and Rondo would make him so much better.

Sac could probably get a better offer though dang it  :-X
