Just noticed -- Dwight Howard is leading the league in free throw attempts per game, and is shooting 44% for the season.  Yikes!
21-39 will do that to ya. Or how much did he have that one game?

21-39 sounds right.

  • GOT IT!!!
And the Mighty Thunder just lost to...wait for it:

The Washington Wizards, lol....

Parity...parity....parity....any given sunday, etc....

I wouldn't say it's parity more so the OKC frontcourt. Perk and Ibaka aren't getting it done. That doesn't bode too well in the playoffs when half court basketball is a necessity.

Just looked at the box-score of the Knicks-Suns game

Carmelo shot 5-22 from the field. Amare was 7-22. A combined 12 from 44 on FGAs. Wow!

Amare did at least go to the line 10 times and make 9 free throws. 6 turnovers though. 23 points from 33 possessions. Melo was only 1 for 4 from the FT line. 12 points from 25 possessions.

Knicks only lost by three points. Looks like they wasted really good games out of Shumpert (20pts on 14 FGAs), Fields (17 and 6 on 12 FGAs) and Tyson Chandler (17 rebounds and 9 points).

Dwight Howard making a very LOUD case recently for being MVP. Is there any doubt that that otherwise awful Magic team would be 4-10 or worse without him?

I think Orlando is a 20 win team (82games) without Dwight.

Anyone noticed how good the Jazz are this season? I would really love if the Celtics could get Paul Millsap, who is still underrated around the league. So far he has probably been the best power forward this season along with Kevin Love. Especially his defense looks really improved. On offense he is too fast for most power forwards and too strong for most small forwards. Remember his breakout game last season where even LeBron couldn't guard him.

Imagine if he made even 70% of his free throws.  He'd score 3 or 4 more ppg

The 2011 CB Draft's Sacramento Kings agree 1000% with you.

Nice game from Delonte thus far..17 pts on 6-11....3-4 from deep.

Delonte, Glen, Wafer...all decent games tonight. Happy for them.

Even happier that OUR bench is coming around.

Quite a game from Deandre Jordan -- 19 pts, 9 rebounds, 5 blocks, 1 steal.

Terry with a potential game-winning 3.

Clips played tough against the Mavs despite not having CP3.

Tonight Andre became the 2nd Nugget in tm history to have 28pts 10asts & 8rebs off the bench. Only other was Alex English in '83 (31,10,8)

Holy crap Andre Miller.

I'm thinking he's really motivated to win that starting spot (though it ain't happening).  Maybe he's auditioning for some team to trade for him (Hawks?).
