New Orleans has some smart cookies working for their arena; they painted all the seats different shades of gray & blue.

Makes it look like there's a lot more people there.

Von Wafer lighting up San Antonio so far....!

11 (3-3 from deep) pts in 9 min off the bench!

Glad to see him (and Glen, recently) playing well.

We never gave Wafer enough of a chance IMO. He's doing really well for Orlando. The fans love him over there.

I liked the energy for 1 .5 quarters , then all the wind went out of their sail.

I liked Moores energy and ball control , even though he shots worse than my grandma.  He wasn't hurtin us .

Ray Allen looks terrible tonight, PP is trying, but I see him hobbling and skipping along on that one leg way too much.

hes perfect for Orlando's type of offense...shoot alot of 3's no matter how good the shot is...celtics preach more discipline and I dont think von Wafer had a high enough Bball IQ for that

Evan Turner has made some very impressive finishes at the rim tonight.

Using his frame so well to create contact and still muscle up the finish through bigger players. Looking more comfortable than ever with the physical side of the game.

Philadelphia is so dangerous in transition with that small ball lineup of theirs.

Holiday + Turner + Iggy + Thaddeus + Brand

I'd like to see them move Spencer Hawes into that Elton Brand role as the season continues. Having a quality seven footer in Brand's place would take that lineup to another level.

Portland down against Atlanta . . . they're struggling.

Steve Nash quietly having another great statistical season despite his age and a slow start.  He really deserves to get traded to a decent team.

Just noticed -- Dwight Howard is leading the league in free throw attempts per game, and is shooting 44% for the season.  Yikes!

Andre Miller was absolutely incredible tonight.

The Nuggets were down 10+ points early in the second quarter. Looked like Phily were in full control and en route to an easy win. Denver had very little happening for them. Miller comes in and almost single handedly wills them back into the game. Knocks down back to back triples. Lovely spin move and layup along the baseline. Was handing out assists left and right. Suddenly, Nuggets are up and take the lead into halftime.

Denver keeps the lead for much of the second half with Miller playing very well in the third again. Up about 8 points early in the fourth. Phily storms back behind that small ball lineup. Gets out running in transition, goes on a major run and steals back the lead. Denver come back with Andre Miller, he knocks down another triple, then a driving layup and-one, another driving shot and another. Last 10 points in regulation to force OT all by Andre Miller. A lot of them with Iggy are over him defensively.

Denver finish it out and steal the win in OT with Miller hitting the go-ahead jumper from the FT line off a pick and roll in the final minute. Great game.

Andre Miller finished with 28 points (12-20 FGAs), 10 assists and 8 rebounds off the bench.

Talk about a game changing reserve.

21-39 will do that to ya. Or how much did he have that one game?

Surprised Orlando lost that game against San Antonio. They looked the much superior team throughout the game. San An just clung on and clung on. Hung in there and managed to steal a game that they really should have lost.

The Spurs were absolutely destroyed on the boards. Orlando out-rebounded San Antonio 60-41. The had hardly anything going for them offensively. Tony Parker was the only guy who could create his own shot against Orlando's defense and Parker was quiet until the fourth quarter (where he scored 10-12 points and kept San An in it).

Ryan Anderson and Jameer Nelson shot a combined 5-29 from the field though. If they got any scoring out of them, it would have been an easy win.
