  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Rondo's balling can't say the same about the rest of the team.

Rose just powered our guys down there... sad.

The Raptors seem to be buying in to whatever Dwayne Casey is selling them.

That's a couple of times now where I have tuned in and been hugely impressed with their effort, focus, commitment and overall cohesion.

They are really playing for each out there and it's been an awful long time since you could say that about the Raptors. Probably the first time since Sam Mitchell was coaching and Jorge Garbajosa was still playing back in 2007 and 2008 (less so = Kapono's no D, no rebounds = cancerous ways infiltrated the team).

Unselfish play from Barbosa and Ed Davis to lead that Amir Johnson and-one.

Paul George with a terrific job pushing Ed Davis under the rim on that missed free throw to knock that ball out for the offensive rebound.

George's defensive range + possession creation is very impressive.

Indiana are going to win this one. Good showing from both sides late in the game.

Dwayne Casey is establishing a nice foundation and culture there in Toronto. Something to build out from as they acquire more high level talent over the next few years through the draft.

How much will the Pacers beat the Celts by Saturday night? I say 12 minimum.

A hungry young, athletic, big, defensive-minded team against a tired Celtics team on the second night of a back-to-back disheartened and frustrated after being thoroughly dominated by the Bulls despite a furious comeback effort?

Yeah, it's gonna be a laugher.

The Boston Celtics, led by their "Big 4", are sitting at 4-6, while the Denver Nuggets, featuring Ty Lawson, Arron Afflalo, Danilo Gallinari, Nene, and Al Harrington are 7-4 and currently looking great against the Miami Heat.

What a crazy season.

Kobe's almost got 40 again.  This is ridiculous.  There's no way whatever he did to his knee this summer should be legal.

In their last two games, Miami is playing in the fourth quarter exactly the same way the Celtics have been playing in the first quarter ... must be some kind of East Coast virus that affects the region of the brain responsible for common sense, (primarily the neocortex). :P

Saw that.

Perhaps he got a note from the doctor, got Stern to glance at it, and that was that.

Can you say MVP Kobe Bryant. Its remarkable what Kobe is doing. Coach Mike Brown deserves a lot of credit turning around Lakers Defense.

yeah . . . i'm skeptical kobe can keep this up unless he really did receive some sort of weird stem cell treatment on his knee or whatever and he now has the knees of a 25 year old, but right now Kobe has to be the leader for MVP.

It’s not a mystery as to why they barely resemble the Celtics teams of the past. Whether it was the lockout, old legs, injuries or a combination of all three, they’re not in shape (a few notable exceptions, aside). They look, frankly, like a team of Rasheed Wallace’s.

Geeze, Paul Flannerty.  Harsh.
