The structural changes in deal will come between Lakers and Hornets, source says.

Bynum is leaving LA? (I hope)
i doubt it. that would mean they'd be giving up gasol and bynum in the trade. that seems like too steep a price to pay for chris paul (though i hope to god that's what was required of them).
paul - bryant - peace - [free agent] - okafor would certainly be less scary, and them losing bynum would take them out of the dwight sweepstakes. but i just don't see it happening.
more likely the lakers will be forced to give up more future picks and take back either ariza or okafor. which might actually be worse than the first deal in the short term in terms of making the lakers better. okafor / bynum obviously not as good offensively but the lakers would still be very big and defensively imposing up front.
