Also, after further thoughts about the way the NBA offseason is progressing, I think we should not reopen trading until the amnesty period and most of the free agency decisions have been resolved.

I am proposing August 1 as the date to reopen the trading floor. Feel free to make counterarguments; I am open to consideration.

Still on target for a rookie draft the week following Labor Day (week of Sept 10).
