Another deal to announce:

Designated Drinkers send Glen Davis, Brandon Rush, Make Me Some Bacon's 2012 1st rounder, and Lucky17's and Webskins' 2012 2nd rounders
Toine's Boys send Nick Young, Gordon Hayward, and Designated Drinkers' 2012 1st rounder

Alot of moving parts here, Nick young is the best player, but who knows if he is more than just a chucker on a bad team?


BBD's stock is up in the air until he signs and gets a role, but he could be good for like 12ppg and 5rpg


I think Hayward and Rush are a wash, but Toines boys continues to stock pile picks in a strong draft. 

I guess only I liked this deal.

I'll be honest that I don't know if I'd have the guts/patience to do it but I gotta admire Toine's Boys' going all in on the next draft.

(And according to my notes, only Luke Babbit returns from last year's TB team).

He'll likely have 2 of the top 4 picks, a late 1st, and four 2nd rounders... a whopping 7 picks! (Plus Kyle Singler and Motiejunas coming back from Europe).

I had a halfway decent roster when I took over the team late last season, but I felt I was on my way to ending up stuck in the "good but not good enough to contend and not bad enough to get good picks" category. The lockout and the deep 2012 draft class solidified my decision to go for a full rebuild.

I think that's just Roy trying to scare sub-cap teams from claiming him off waivers if in fact he is amnestied by the Blazers.
