What's the ruling on bartenders, bouncers and entertainers?  Dead, alive, fictional all work?

Good question. For bartenders and bouncers, we probably need as large a pool as possible.

For entertainers, though, maybe we should stick to present day/living?

Well the best bouncer ever is both dead and fictional, so I'd side with this assessment.

The way that I envisioned it was that you could have whoever you want filling any of those roles.  So for instance your bouncer doesnt have to be a professional bouncer, your bouncer could be Rikishi.

GC, shhhhhhh...no secrets.  I know of the Fireside Bowl, it isn't too far from my old neck of the woods.  I lived a just a bit north in Roscoe Village.

My vote is to include dead/fictional but I can live with the living if need be.

Also as of now, the categories are

Bar Food - Pick 1

Beers - Mainstream Pick 3, Domestic/Craft Pick 3 (And to clarify,
I see Keystone and Keystone Light as two different beers)

Mixed Drinks/shots - Pick 3 (can be as simple as a specific liquour you like or pick a crazy shot you like)

Entertainers - Pick 3, you can have anybody you like

Bouncer - Pick 1, does not have  to be a real life bouncer

Bartender - Pick 1, Does not have to be a real life bartender

Activity - Pick 1, (Billiards, Darts, Buck Hunter Etc.)

So if you take a liquor for a shot: It's still available as a mixed drink?

ie: if i take rum, someone could still take rum and coke/pepsi.
