Allright quick poll:

1. Would you rather have one dead and/or fictional character as your bartender OR bouncer

2. All living, real, characters.

Me and Rondo don't really care, so we'll put it to vote.

Dead/fictional makes it more interesting I think - I vote that.

EDIT:  Human only though - no Superman as bouncer or anything.

Thoughts on Bar Names:

Lucky’s Bar & Grille - Lucky: Can't really critique or congratulate on this one. He gets 2 'pieces of flair' for putting an extra 'le' on the end of Grille, but there is no pun, no in-ur-endo, two hallmarks of a good bar name. But, any bar name with "Lucky" in it just sounds right.

Me: "I'm goin to Lucky's"
Her: "Til when?"
Me: I dunno, with the guys, why?
Her: No, not with who, til when?
Me: Alright babe, cya!

Yeah that works.

The Bar that Shall not be named - GC: Well, since 'Lucky's Bar & Grille is already gone, I guess he's gonna have to go back to the drawing board. He was really hoping it would slip. My advice: 'Good Mistakes', or 'Naughty Time'. 

The Pandacracy Zen & Kung Fu Pub - Edgar: I like this name a lot, but how do you shorten it? The acronym doesn't spell anything. I think ultimately it gets truncated to "The Panda Pub", and that's freakin sweet.

The Stagger Inn - IP: Comfy, sophomorically funny, and unoriginal. Loves it.

Room 112 - StartOrien: The best way I see success for this bar is to pair up as a Co-GM with Ma$e or Lil' Zane. Personally I think SO should've gone with his original idea, "One In A Million".

Where nobody knows the bars name   Dons: His bar name is gonna be "Donoghuseses"

The Cause And the Cure - FairweatherFan: Similar to Edgar's issue; how do you shorten it? CAC? "The Cause", or "The Cure"? Cool name, but truncation is a real issue.

Shenanigans - Kwhitt10: Hey Farva, what's the name of that bar with the goofy crap on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?

Sam N Ella’s - ChicagoCeltic: Frontrunner for best bar name. On one side, it conjures up the idea of an entrepreneurial family-type that started with a dollar and a dream to make a bar they always wanted, just getting by on elbow grease and hope alone. They could've named it after themselves (if their names were Sam and Ella), or after their kids, which would be even cuter. On the other side...its a great pun that's just sneaky enough so that 60% of people won't get it. Loves it.

Wallingford Social Club - Champkind: Too hip to be square, easy to truncate ('WSB', or 'The Club', or 'The Social Club'), and just the right amount of self-deprecating deadpan humor. Loves it.

Most Interesting Bar In The World - Rondo2287: Truncation problems (MIBITW? Is that a pokemon?) aside, this name only goes as far as the bar does. If you walked into that bar, and the beer selection was uninspired, the waitresses were less than hot, and the crap on the wall was less than interesting, you'd hate this bar. But, if it rocked, you'd respect it. Undecided.
 
Shecky’s Lampshade Lounge - Redz: If this is a reference to something, I don't get it. But, I love it. Recommend Nick the Lounge Singer as one of the entertainment acts.

Most Interesting Bar In The World - Rondo2287: Truncation problems (MIBITW? Is that a pokemon?) aside, this name only goes as far as the bar does. If you walked into that bar, and the beer selection was uninspired, the waitresses were less than hot, and the crap on the wall was less than interesting, you'd hate this bar. But, if it rocked, you'd respect it. Undecided.

If somebody takes Dos equis before me i might have to do a name change haha
