Bosh will also collapse. Pressure and expectations get to him.

To be fair, that's a phenomenal move Dirk puts on him in that clip

Not really.. His legs are bent much at all. It's a horrible stance and poor fundamentals.

Eh, I don't know. That quick jerk backwards right before he moves for the layup is pretty brilliant footwork.

Yeah but look again. He is almost standing straight up. It's the finals with the game on the line and that's the defensive stance you provide?

I don't disagree with your thoughts on Bosh - in the clutch or as defender - but in this clip I gotta givefull credit to Dirk here. Just a tremendous move.

Really? In the finals he averaged 18 & 7 while shooting the same percentage as dirk did.  He was miami's second best player.
I thought C.Bosh was dreadful in the Finals. Dirk destroyed him and Tyson Chandler bullied him on the backboards. I thought he was outplayed by both players whenever he was matched up against them. Bosh also struggled with his shot making only 41.3% of his field goal attempts. Only 7 boards despite playing almost 40 minutes.

Overall, I thought Bosh was badly outplayed by his Mavericks counterparts and that his poor performance was one of the two main reasons why Miami lost that series. For the record, I thought Bosh was worse than LeBron.

----------------------------------------------

Kevin Garnett is an extremely difficult matchup for Bosh. I was surprised that Wade + LeBron weren't able to create better opportunities for Bosh with their playmaking when Bosh faced Garnett. But they didn't and I don't think JJ or Calderon (great facilitator but not a creative passer) will be able to either.

I think that matchup is firmly in Utah's favour.

defenSiVely garnett had the advantage but it its not in utah's favor on offense. It may be close to equal but utah doesn't have a firm advantage there.

This is closer than the typical 2/7 matchup, but I still favor the Blazers.

Unlike every other NBA Playoffs he's ever participated in? ;)

Has Lebron ever lost a first round series?

I still think Williams may not be a factor. Last year, people touted Turner and Johnson and they did little in their rookie years. Certainly not enough to tout them as X Factors.

Hill is still a very good defender and how does Portland deal with Vince off the bench?

At first, I had this one clearly in the Warriors favor.  Now, I'm not as sure.

Each team really plays to the others' weaknesses.  Because of that, it's going to be very close.  I'm still leaning toward Golden State, but I won't be voting until this evening.

I left the Grizzlies out of the playoffs because the bottom teams in the West were just too good, however they are a VERY dangerous playoff team.

Leaning toward the Warriors right now.  They've got the best bench in the game, hands down.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I'm not the Nene fan that some others are, and I think that KG will really shut down Bosh.  Pierce over Wright is going to be a big mismatch, and I think that gives Utah the edge.

Well, so long as "will not be denied" only applies to the first round, I think you guys are safe.

Conference Finals / Finals, though, I think Lebron's history of choking needs to be acknowledged.

Well Who said it not me haha.  I think Just saying, "we have Lebron, nah nah neh nah nah" is not enough of a strategy, we have built a very strong team around him

I'm a HUGE fan of this Spurs team, but let's be honest the Blazers are the last team you wanted to face.

I think Amare and Bogut are gonna score so easily that there's just no way Westbrook and Boozer will win 4 games.

Yeah, sorry.  I'm sure this is as much about my personal biases as it is about the quality of your team.
