I like Delonte West a great deal as a backup combo guard but I wonder about him on this roster.
If Delonte is at the PG spot while Felton is resting, I think your squad only really has two other shot creators on it with Granger and Aldridge. And Granger is 1-2 dribble player who gets in trouble when he is asked to do more off the bounce. Plus, one of those two guys is likely to be resting while D-West is on the court. So only one shot creator.
Battier and Fields are fairly limited. Stand still shooters who rely on others to get them high percentage looks. Ditto for Ryan Anderson. Gortat is a garbage man.
I thought your roster would be better off with an aggressive playmaking backup PG in the JJ Barea mold than a limited passing combo guard + limited floor general like D.West.
I would consider sliding Delonte over to the backup SG and bringing in a playmaking or scoring PG with your next pick. Bringing in someone who is more creative offensively to better suit your supporting cast's offensive skill-sets (Fields, Battier, R.Anderson + M.Gortat).

I don't know, maybe Kanter can help here. Give the lineup another shot-creator. Although that will pretty much erase all of Aldridge's minutes at the five.
Or play Raymond Felton in the second unit. Give him 36-38 minutes a night and only use Delonte at the PG slot when both Granger and Aldridge on the floor.
That might work.

A little uneasy with Delonte alongside those players as a PG.
I'm not sure whether you need to replace him or if one of the above is a better answer to the situation.
