Got a rotation now so I'll finally post my team.

Hinrich/Douglas
Wade/Douglas
Iguodala/Hedo
K-Mart/Hedo/Lopez
Varejao/Lopez

Not sure where I'm going with my next pick yet.  Probably either a shooting PG or larger wing defender next to Toney Douglas.  That or a scoring forward.

I think you are Pawnee's top challenger and I'll just leave it at that.  Aside from scoring in the frontcourt, I don't think you have any serious weaknesses and I just don't want to talk up your positives right now  :)  Good job..... so far  ;D

This constant flip flopping of lineups is driving me crazy.  I'm going to hold off commenting on this team for another few rounds because I'm nearly certain it's bound to change a few more times.  But my lineup with those guys would be:

Rondo - Thornton - Wallace - Ty Thomas - JO (and Biedrins when JO is hurt)

PG: CP3, Brandon Jennings
SG: Brandon Roy, Jason Terry
SF: Jared Dudley
PF: Al Jefferson
C: Javale McGee

I'm impressed. After a uneven regular season, Paul reestablished himself as the best point guard in the league in that first round Lakers/Hornets series. Offensively, both Jefferson and McGee are looking at career years. Brandon Jennings was already a steal as a sixth round pick, but you pried him loose for what a mid-seventh rounder? Now he's the best back up point guard in the league. After treading water last season (foot surgery is partly to blame) I expect he'll make real strides next season, whenever that is.

Brandon Roy is more of a question mark, he showed in the playoffs both that he could still exert his will on the game - the Trailblazers' two wins - and that he couldn't be relied upon night in, night out. But then Jet is likely the perfect compliment, one of the few scorers who can thrive off the bench and shoulder a starter's load on short notice.

Dudley is as a great reserve 3 but both overrated here and not a long term starter in the league.

Defensively, Paul is All Defense while Dudley and Jennings are solid,  But the front court will struggle. Jefferson and McGee will both board and block shots - that shouldn't be undersold - but they'll still give up a lot of points, miss rotations, and get caught out of position.

It's also possible that the team's great backcourt depth could be framed as a weakness. Except when Roy is missing games, there aren't enough minutes to go around and it's doubtful that Jennings - who's success is partly owed to his swagger - will accept coming off the bench even behind a couple of the best.

Thanks for the input. You hit on all the highs and lows of this team that I've had in mind. Good to hear I'm not far off from what others think of my team. I did hit upon the SF and 4/5 spot problem by getting Dunleavy to go with Dudley and Birdman to come in for Mcgee. For the 8th round, I thought I made some decent fixes to my roster problems. Still in the works for a big trade so this roster may be real different soon. Thanks again for the input TP!
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Just please, find a legit backup PF.  Hedo is not a PF.  He hasn't played serious minutes at the position in half a decade, and when that experiment has been tried, it's been a failure.

Very nice squad otherwise, although I'm not as high on Kmart as you are.

Unfortunately, I think you have the most clueless front court in the NBA.  Biedrins has no confidence, and Blatche has way too much of it.

But both can rebound pretty well. Both crashes the boards (yes, Dray is lazy on defense but he rebounds). Biedrins is a solid defender (not good or great but solid). Beans will take whoever is more offensive potent opponent big man.  And Dray is a solid offense option. With Beans being a rebounder, clean up guy and sometimes post up guy, and Dray the 3rd option on offense, I'd say their roles are spot on.

Yeah, I think you are on the right track in trying to move Jason Terry back to the bench. I think he is more valuable getting his 30mpg from there than as a starter. Not as large a defensive liability.

I would still move Trevor Ariza. Not sure what I'd do with Evan Turner. But I'd really like to get some shooters on the wing who can work off of Big Al's post ups and Nash's dribble penetration.

I was more open to Turner when he had a big man who could shoot alongside him + in a running game where he could take advantage of his athleticism and multi-dimensional game. I'm unsure how much value he offers your team here in a slower offense built around Big Al's and Nash's offensive skill-sets.

I think there will be some diminished returns from Nash with Big Al and J.Noah starting but that's okay. Slower, less spacing to work with, more sets built around Big Al's low post game than Nash's playmaking. It's different rather than bad. Not 100% keyed around Nash's skill-set but more the trio of Nash, Big Al and Noah. The end product can still be very good.

I'm not high on Kmart at all (or Varejao for that matter) but I think it's very important to have glue guys when you've got 2 stars like Iggy and Wade.  He's not gonna stop the ball, he'll play terrific defense, and will space the floor.  That's all this team needs him to do, and with that I mind I don't think he was a reach in the 4th round, especially with some of the other guys taken.

If I could trade KMart and Varejao for guys I actually like I would, but I don't think I've ever made a trade in any draft, I guess I'm just bad at it.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

PG - Rondo, Rajon

C  - Biedrins, Andris

Marcus Thornton, Tyrus Thomas, Andray Blatche

Stevenson is starting to stretch the floor so Black Whole Al can work down low and for defense. Thornton will play a lot of minutes off the bench.

Still plenty of rebounds.
