None of Jack's teammates have ever complained about him, not even Duncan, but Maggette has been a dog his entire career.
A dog? I've only ever read that Corey is also well-liked, and a good teammate, just not much fun to play alongside.
I'd agree
Does this mean that SAC is moving Tyreke Evans back to PG?
Or Salmons a SF? I thought he was a SG.
My money is now on Salmons at small forward. He's stared at the 3 for the Kings before. Kemba or Jimmer at 10, barring another deal.
And if I had to choose between Maggette and Jackson for who I'd want my younger players to be around and help build a team mentality I'd choose Jackson.
Tough call. Stephen "I get techs because I want to" Jackson plays with intensity, plays better defense, has won a title, but has also forced his way off one losing team already (Warriors), can be a hot head, and a distraction.
Maggette is a much mellower, for better and worse. Both are ball-stoppers, but Corey is at least attacking the rim.
I think Jackson's defense, rebounding, and more varied offenseive game is better.
Hence why Charlotte was able to move him and move up in the draft.
Not for nothing, isn't he also owed less money? I can't imagine anyone arguing about the difference in their defense (great vs. passable to uninterested), but Corey is the better rebounder by a fair margin, and I'm not sure who's offensive game I prefer.
EDIT - TRB% is 10% vs. 6.9%. Rebounds per 36 is 6.3 vs. 4.3.
