FYI.  I will be traveling the rest of the week so there is a good chance, I won't be making my second pick until much later each day and will probably have to have someone else select my first pick of the day.

Why does work have to always ruin my fun?

In that case make your first pick of the next day right after your second pick and we will stop there. makes life easy.

I can make it in the morning, just not during lunch, so I will do that (give me more time to figure out who I want - he he).

I like the Alex English pick for Boston.

Pretty safe pick at this stage.

Should I take a guy I really like, or grab some size before it's all gone?
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Depends on how good the guy you want is, and how good the size is. You're taking your first guy off the bench probably, so make it a good'un. That should be 20 mins of solid ball right there.

I'm throwing my picks out the window and going with a guy with size that I like too.

The ultimate floor spacer, who, like no other floor spacer, is a nasty defender and low post player too.

Feelin the need for Sheed.

If he was ever willing to give any effort this would be a great pick. I think he's lazy and doesn't care who knows it.

I absolutely love that Rasheed pick.  He brings some attitude issues, maybe, but he was one of the most versatile big men in history in his prime.

Big fan of the Rasheed Wallace pickup. I think he is a great glue guy in this setting.

His top tier defensive work + defensive versatility (can defend 3 through 5) + highly skilled offensive repertoire make him a hugely valuable glue guy. Can plug him into run and gun lineups or power lineups. Play him at any frontcourt position. Lovely stuff.

I like the pick. There were better shooters left out there, and probably better defenders, but as long as you use one of his early Detroit years..I like this pick.

Rumor has it that a trade has been agreed upon in principle for GF's pick.  Announcement pending.
