Ah thanks, why didn't I think to check that?

I always do too.

Today should be interesting, I could go about 9 different ways with my next two picks.

Yeah, I think these next two rounds are the ones where people could go in all different directions (and still be validated).  I doubt nobody's draft board looks remotely similar at this point.  (That said, I do have one guy as the clear BPA in my mind; if I'd been playing, I probably would have taken him in the 3rd or 4th round.)

I'll be interested to see who that is, I've got 2, maybe 3* guys head and shoulders over the rest. My guess is we'll see all selected this round.

*I question how this particular player would work in this format.

Pacers looking to move up this round if anyone's looking to move back. Trying to snag one guy in particular.

Trade would be contingent on this player's availability.

I'm back from a long weekend away from my computer and thank you Roy for posting my picks. Also thanks to all who defended them and those who didn't.

My quick defense of choosing AI with this pick is that I had to give Roy a list and IMO AI was by a bit the BPA. I don't see him being an issue at all on this very talented team and I see him thriving, if we need him, in the starting lineup (move Hondo to SF, AI guards the opposing PG and Frazier covers the SG). Defensively we are at the top of the league and we just added a huge scoring punch in AI. My best guess right now is that I will be adding a SF/SG in the 6th round. I had a good idea if AI slipped to me in the 5th that my SF/SG would be available at 6.2 and they are.  AI is going to be my 6th man/microwave off the bench. He will not have a problem accepting and thriving in that role with guys like Walt, Hondo and Chuck Daly around.

Don't forget that when given the chance to start his team with anyone in NBA history, the great mind of Charles Barkley chose AI on the TNT all time NBA player draft with his 1st pick :)

I'm looking forward to the next few rounds

Well I have settled on my player.  I was very close between him and 2 other players, but I think this was the best choice for my team.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

So, does Clyde Frazier call your color when he's not in the game? Clyde and Most, well that might just be the power house for commentary in this league.

I knew I should've drafted JVG. Sit Barkley and have him and JVG announce my games / talk about TNT's "The Closer"

Absolutely! I was wondering when all the coach versus player talk was happening and then I see someone wants to draft Clyde as their announcer??? Sorry everyone if he's going to be your announcer against this Celtics team you will not like what he has to say. And yes he will be sporting this suit made entirely from Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka's wrestling trunks at every game.

Nope. You should've gone Bill Walton. Walton/Barkley, with Walton calling the play-by-play and Barkley calling the color.

Not since Chocolate and Marshmallow have two unlikely flavors come together to give you such a delicious taste.

(Actually, they ought to be called 'The Chocolate Marshmallow when acting as a unit)
