Well, I'm starting to question a bit now with Shaq's health. It's like night and day out there when JO is in and out of the game. Having him and Perk to play essentially the whole game at center would've pretty much covered us.
Still, let's not count our chickens yet. While I'd say it's unlikely that Jeff Green becomes a huge difference maker, you really never know. No one would've thought that Nate Robinson would've done what he did last year either. And against Miami Pierce and Allen may get in enough foul trouble that we may need Jeff Green for long enough stretches for him to make a difference.
Same with Shaq. It looks bad now, but what happens if he plays Game 4 and all is fine?
Again, I do feel like this trade may have been too much of a gamble, but until we get knocked out, it's really too early to say anything.
