Is it me or has Monday Night Football produced some real duds this season?

This has to be one of the worst MNF slates they've ever had.
That was such a strange game.

It was a strange game. Flacco was putrid. I didn't realize that Jacksonville's D was that good.

The way the Eagles are eating up the Cowboys combined with the way the Pats got handled today really puts that last second win over the Cowboys a couple weeks ago in perspective.

Lost my fantasy match already . . . I really should have paid more attention to the scoring settings before the draft at the start of the season.  I'm in an "ESPN custom" league that scores punt return yardage and that sort of thing.  A lot of players who don't normally show up in fantasy draft rankings or advice columns are burning me every week.

Next year I'm definitely joining a standard league.  It's stupid that half of the top 100 ranked RBs / WRs are return guys.

As for the Patriots, I still think they'll win 12 games . . . their remaining schedule features 5 games against pushovers (KC, Washington, Indie, Denver, Miami) and 4 games against solid opponents (NYG, NYJ, Phillie, Buffalo).  I'd be pretty surprised if the Patriots don't beat all of the pushovers and win 2/4 against the decent teams -- terribad pass defense or not.

Twelve wins should set the Pats up for a home game in the 1st round, probably against the Bills or Jets.

Dallas lost, too, so the weekend wasn't a total bust :)

Wow, Bills getting absolutely crushed by the Cowboys.  If the Patriots win today their hold on the division will be iron tight.  Same could be said for the Jets if they win.

Holy crap, did anybody just see DeMarco Murray leap all the way over an opposing player?  He cleared the top of the guy's helmet . . . must have lept at least 6 feet in the air.

Man, the Eagles are just nowhere close to being a good team.  How did people get them so wrong?

This Chicago Bears team is slowly starting to grow on me.

They've been putting it together the past few weeks.  Already up 7-0 on the Lions right now. Forced 2 turnovers so far.

I'm liking the Texans.  They look like, perhaps, the most complete team in the AFC.  They have defense, passing, rushing, and plenty of experience.  The only issue I see is that they've had a pretty easy schedule so far.

The Bears are coming together, too, but it's pretty much a guarantee that they'll have to be a Wild Card in order to make the playoffs.
