It's going to be pretty ironic if we trade away our starting center to sign a small forward, and then the best player we're able to land in the buyout market ends up being a wing.Perk + Brewer > Green + Krstic, in my mind.
Brewer would be a nice addition. But I think our depth hurts us here. It'd be tough to convince him he'll get substantial minutes here.
WE NEED BIGS.

But it's 100% hindsight. Who knew if he was going to be bought out and who knows if he'd be willing to sign with Boston?

Is Perk + Brewer + Nate > Green + Krstic + Brewer?I don't think so, particularly with health thrown into the equation.

But, it's also true that players benefit from exposure, even in limited minutes, on a top team (read: Tony Allen). This Celtics team will re-establish a down the stretch/playoff rotation over the next few weeks based on performance. Guys coming in will get a chance to play -- and they'll have a chance to earn time. All of them are confident enough in their abilities to think they will earn time if given the chance.
now there is an official wish list of buyoutsMurphyPowerBrewerCall it a day Thumbs up Danny
