So without getting into the deep philosophical theory of how all food is ethnic food let's say you're Tom Hanks and you just got off the island and bought another Wilson.  You already had your mom's top 3 meals. You went to your favorite chain restaurants, your favorite fast food restaurants, and ate 5 pizzas.

So now you fly to New York to be on Letterman and you have the weekend to eat anywhere you want.

Where do you go?

Hmmm. As I'm making this I'm starting to think I might not know much about food.

Here's a question though. What is the diff between Lebanese, Jordanian, an Syrian?  It's like the difference between West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio

I don't know how to explain it..but there is a differnce in taste, the way they incorporate and use different ingredients..and methods of cooking too. You can tell the difference if you eat it often.
