Cumin is the best kept secret in cooking, I swear. Everything from great pork bbq rubs to pasta to well, everything. It is AWESOME. I used to think Adobo was the only thing you could add to everything, but cumin qualifies too.

I'll check it out!

Vietnamese or Indian, with French and Thai a close second.

I eat vietnamese at least twice a week. Banh Mi and Beef Pho for the win!

Greek!

Because of my family, it's easy for me to enjoy authentic Greek food. Unfortunately, unless it's genuine or at least homemade, Greek food is not the same.

It's absolutely delicious and healthy! Spanakopita is my favorite.

Very tough choice between Thai and Greek for me, but I went with Thai.

Sorry Gyros I betrayed you.

Jamaican. I love jerk chicken. I'll almost always eat any old type of chicken, but jerk chicken? That's where its at.

There's also an authentic Indian restaurant not too far from where I live, I've grown to like that a lot as well.

Then of course there's soul food and cajun. Love that stuff, too.
