There's just no way Memphis deals Mayo for our flotsam and jetsam when they could get Anthony Morrow and picks from Jersey or Washington will give you Blatche or Thornton and picks.
The Boston package is just not attractive which is why if you really want mayo in Boston you have to talk Rondo for Mayo and Conley. Its not a trade in Boston's favor or one that Danny Ainge would even think about in 2010-11, but given the quality of offers that Memphis could get around the league for Mayo, who is still locked up for this year and next and can still match any offer he gets thereafter, there's no way a package of a couple of mediocre rookies, a horrible 3rd string SG and other parts is going to land you OJ Mayo, a player that can score 18 PPG and shoot the three and is only 23 years old.
