Celtics know they'll win this game, and playing like it. The teams give the C's a scare are the offensive juggernaut ones. Hawks aren't one of the teams.

looking like the streak ends tonight....no energy...lazy offense....getting killed on the boards...suspect defense...God i hate losing or trailing to scrubs like the hawks

They are in the 1st half and only down by 5. Give it a rest ::)

You have got to be kidding. Do you know who the Celtics are playing tonight? Their roster is abominable. They have 6 real NBA players tonight or maybe 7. What do you honestly expect? They do not even have a center and are playing a much taller Hawk team. You gotta give them a break -- please.

Silver lining: We got to see the single stupidest play by any player anywhere this year: Nate Robinson chasing down a backcourt violation in order to throw it to the other team. Unbelievable. Un-Be-Lievable.
Anything's possibbulllllll

I have to admit that's a flagrant by definition. Davis didn't go for the ball, just wanted to stop his man from shooting.

That's not the definition of a flagrant.  It's excessive force without a play for the ball.  Davis didn't use excessive force.  Guys wrap people up all the time.  It;s called an intentional foul.

the way they call it consistently for the last few years is if the guy goes for the ball or not. Excessive force makes it a flagrant 2.

Have you ever seen an intentional foul?  Shaq gets about 4 of them a game.  No play is made on the ball.  They are not flagrant.

I've seen every game for the last 10 years, and I knew right away that it was a flagrant when it happened based on how the refs call flagrants. Interpret the rule as you like, but I call it like I see it.

josh powell, teague. zaza doing the damage..hawks good players aren't hurting them...should be able to beat ATL without johnson and crawford

Diagree 100 percent. I have already stated given the guys Doc has to play tonight it will be a mriacle for this team to win. Semih is awful and Bradley, Gody and Wafer have probably played a combined 100 minutes this year if that many. Advantage Atlanta tonight.

come on man...everyone has injuries. Cs still have enough talent to win games

i highly disagree that ATL has any advantage tonight

Hawks are doing their best to keep us in it. Helps that Jordan Crawford plays a whole lot like a poor man's Jamal, although I like his potential.

And a lot of people here didn't learn their lesson from last night, or the last couple dozen times this team's gone down early and won.
