And Chris Bosh looked absolutely silly at times tonight.

Love it.
For an Olympian, he's just not that good.   ???

Anyone watching the Fakers and Mavericks? Pretty wild ... Joey Crawford right in the middle of things, of course, but I gotta say, Jason Terry was the jerk in this one, though I understand his frustration.

Jason Terry is why it started, but Matt Barnes is why it continued.  Admittedly, I'd like to see somebody put Barnes in his place.

Yeah, Barnes is a dirty player ... now there's some action in the stands ... wild.

Me too. I hate that guy. The past two years Lakers have signed the guys that tried to punk Kobe...first Artest and then Barnes.

Barnes is DeShawn Stevenson 2.0

Ron Artest is a clown....man I can't wait for Pierce to wipe that smile off his face in June.

I visited Barnes' twitter page a few times last year...a Lakers' fan was giving him a hard and he called her a "punk ass (female dog)". :o

I was surprised Stern forgot to fine him for that one...or maybe he did fine him...I can't recall.

EDIT: Somebody took a screen shot of part of that exchange.

I actually don't hate Artest.  He entertains me.  I certainly agree with you that I want Pierce to annihilate him, but I despise him less than some of the other Lakers.

Also, why are people high on Beaubois?  Clearly this isn't one of his better games, but he just seems like a chucker to me - no court vision at all, and for somebody in a PG body that's pretty important.

Agreed..it's hard to hate Ron Ron, indeed. As long as he doesn't cheap shot any more Boston players in June, it's all good.

As for Beabois? He's a good player, but almost all of the Mavs were cold tonight. They picked the worst game to get cold in.

Barnes is another one that will be interesting to see in June....Paul torched him last May in ORL...I don't see him or Ron Ron slowing down Paul - especially the way he's been playing lately.

Beaubois is a scoring PG. He has little to no passing, playmaking or floor general skills. A pure scorer.

Needs to be in a situation where he can utilize those talents and hide his flaws otherwise he'll be a liability and hurt his team as a starting PG (failure to involve others and run the offense in a way that creates high percentage shots). Be forced to be a sixth man.

Beaubois is sort of similar to Mo Williams except that he is a plus defender at the point + he is far more athletic and capable of creating his own shot against top defenses unlike Mo Williams who regularly does disappearing acts against top defensive teams. So he is like a much better version of Mo. An explosive shooter/scorer two way PG.

As such, he should be capable of being a top 15 PG. His limitations will make it difficult for him to be any more than that though especially given the depth and talent at the position currently.
