Lakers took 3 OT to beat the Suns, whose only really good players is 37 year old Steve Nash.  Not having watched the game itself, that's what I take away from it.  



Anything that puts extra strain on Kobe's old knees is a plus in my book.

The two SOFT calls on Grant Hill completely changed the complexion of the game. The officials had been great up to that point, too. Hill was locking Kobe down in crunch time to the point where the whole Lakers offense was extremely inefficient.

Literally 5 seconds after Grant Hill fouled out, Kobe hits a 3 in Jared Dudley's grill and it's a changed outcome from there.

Vince Carter is a joke. You just know every shot he takes in crunch time is gonna be a brick.

Yeah they screwed that up.  Sucks that the refs took Hill out and gave it to the Lakers.  Kobe absolutely lost that ball, it should have been Suns ball with the chance at a 2 for 1 in a tie game.

Grant Hill on Kobe was the key to that game.

So I just tuned into the Nuggets-Spurs game at the beginning of the fourth quarter, watched for a few minutes, and concluded that I wish the Celtics were playing like the Nuggets right now.

Is that bad?

What an incredible game in Los Angeles ... two overtimes! Man, that building has been exciting the last couple of nights!
